Join us and Upland Brewing Co. for great food, great beer, live music with David Goodier, and a fun night at The Red Barn! Chef Kris Kraut will be preparing a five course tasting dinner perfectly paired with five handcrafted brews! The dinner that evening will include the following:

*Juiced in Time New England IPA paired with New England Fish Cakes with Tarragon Aioli and Crispy Potato Chip

*Boysenberry Sour Ale paired with Greens with Goat Cheese Truffles, Berries, Pecan Praline, Bacon and Boysenberry Vinaigrette

*Oak & Rose paired with Summer Herb Pesto Crusted Pork Meatball, Warm Summer Squash Couscous and Shaved Parmesan

*Iridescent paired with Savory Cheesecake Course with Spiced Apricot Ginger Chutney

*Secret Dessert/Beer Course
