This Outlander-inspired dinner is the 2 event of it's kind at The Red Barn! The dinner is inspired by the hit series Outlander on Starz and books by Diana Gabaldon. Join us for season inspired recipes, hearty ales, fantastic Scottish entertainment, and a fun night at The Red Barn! Season 3- Boston - Lobster Roll Mini Lobster Roll w. Fresh Dill & Lemon Cream Cheese, Pickled Celery and Greens 

Season 2 - France - Modern Cassoulet Confit Duck, Roasted Pork, Heritage Beans, Root Vegetables 

Season 4 - North Carolina - Smoked Pork Shoulder with Cheerwine Onion Marmalade Carolina Vinegar Slaw & White Grits 

Season 3 - Caribbean - Piña Colada Tres Leches Pineapple, Coconut, Rum

Join us and your friends for a one-of-a-kind dinner with The Red Barn, The Butler's Pantry, and Halper's Certified Angus Beef. Chef Kris Kraut and Chef Wade Fulford of Gordon Food Service will be showcasing Halpern's 1966 line of Colorado Angus Beef and paring each dish with a tailored wine. Beef Tenderloin Tartare with Herbed Crostini & Beef "Puffs"

Traditional Mexican Beef Knuckle Mole Tacos with Radish, Cilantro, Pico, Lime, and Guacamole

The Farmhouse  - Opening January 4th For Our First Dinner Service

Located at The Sycamore Farm, with three beautiful, authentic 1860’s Farmhouse dining rooms will feature a seasonally-appropriate, small yet ever-changing menu.

Using locally sourced ingredients, we will maintain an incredible dedication to Hoosier-inspired, approachable cuisine. 

We will feature regional craft beer, sake and house-made wine cocktails, as well as seasonal roasts of coffee from Rex Coffee for brunch.
